The City of Omaha requires construction sites to obtain permits & develop a plan to prevent erosion & sediment loss from their project site

You can report spills & excessive sediment on streets to 402-444-3908, or go to omahastormwater.org #OSAM

The City of Omaha Stormwater Program is a comprehensive program comprised of various program elements and activities designed to reduce stormwater pollution to Maximum Extent Practicable (MEP) and eliminate prohibited non-stormwater discharges through a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) municipal stormwater discharge permit.
